Chef Sandra designs every menu personally, from a conversation about your event, your guests and what you want the room to feel like. Not from a package, and not from a template you are fitted into. When you call, you get an owner — the same two people who will be there on event day.

How many different cuisines do you offer?

Our own cuisine is chef-crafted Modern American — scratch-made, seasonally inspired, built to travel well and satisfy a mixed crowd. Chef Sandra also builds Greek-inspired, Lebanese, Italian, Spanish, French and Mexican-inspired menus on request, and mixes them freely when the guest list calls for it. A menu should feel as particular as the people you are feeding. That is the one we build.

How many staff will be on site for my event?

Staffing is planned to your guest count, service format and venue layout — chefs, servers, bartenders, buffet attendants and an event captain as needed. We give you the number in writing before you book, and that team stays through continuous bussing and complete breakdown. We do not drop food and leave.

Do you work with other caterers and event producers on overflow events?

Yes. We take partner and overflow work for caterers, venues and event producers who are booked out or who have an event that does not fit their own calendar. Same staffing standards, same production system, discreet execution under your client relationship. Contact us to discuss partner arrangements.

Can you handle an event of 400 to 600 guests?

Yes. Our largest single service to date was 400 guests in one seating, verified by a public client review. We staff events up to 600. The same team plans a twelve-guest dinner and a four-hundred-guest lunch.

What should I ask any caterer before booking?

How many staff will be on-site for my guest count? Who is my contact on event day, and will they be there? What time do you leave? How will dietary items be labeled at service? What is the largest event you have executed, and can I read the review? We answer all five in writing before you book.

Yes. We welcome private tastings by appointment at our Old Town Scottsdale tasting room at 4343 N Scottsdale Rd, Suite 150. You select the dishes you wish to taste, and Chef Sandra guides you through menu choices and portion planning so you book with confidence.

We no longer have regular walk-up dine-in - but we still love sharing our food in person. We host scheduled, private tastings by appointment at our Old Towne Scottsdale tasting room, where you can try our menu before booking your event. Call to schedule a tasting.
